I'm going to ask you to be patient and let God do his work. He wants to make sure you won't have to go back to the pokie after you leave...so he is slowly letting the ANC grow. God has gotten you this far he will see this to the end.
Don't worry Santa will know where to find you and Matthew. Both that you had the negative blood cultures but also that you managed to go over 24 hours without any antinausea medication too. I know that the 22nd cannot come fast enough. You will not be completely done with the "pokie" on that day because you still have another bone marrow biopsy and aspiration as well as a spinal tap to do but you've earned a much needed break! You've had good, high energy days and some not so good. You dealt with fevers, rashes, transfusions, throwing up, and just feeling plain old "yukie". You've had visitors come and go, as well as you've been in almost all of the rooms behind the closed doors at the hospital; you've gone through the day shift and night shift of nurses...both male and females, all who had your best interest at heart. You have had every day and night where your mommy and daddy have been by your side, even baby Matthew has been there also. Your family stayed as a united front. You 've bonded with your baby brother. You entered the hospital as a baby boy and now coming out as a big boy beyond your years. Through all of this God has kept his loving arms around you. To you go the victory and to God goes the glory.

We look forward to you closing the doors to the hospital behind you for the last time hopefully before Christmas.

Thank you for fighting a good fight...looking forward to seeing you grow up to be the young man God has plan for you.

Sending you lots of hugs and kisses...reach out and catch them and be sure to share with Matthew. I must say it yanked at my heart string whereas I could feel your pain. I will continue to tell you how proud we all are of you for being such a warrior. I could even see Jesus sitting with your daddy to help comfort you, along with your mommy and Matthew. Stacie did a good job capturing the moment.

Just think you are almost done with everything. I hope I can be half as strong as you when it is my turn to deal with one of life challenges. You will always be my hero.

May God continue to shine his light on you, daddy, mommy and baby Matthew. May the victory be yours in this battle you are fighting and may the glory be to God.

How much does Grammy love you???? Stretch those arms way out there, plus more. Sending, as always, hugs and kisses your way. I have smiled, cried, and prayed along with the reports and videos of Noah's progress. Today's was touching to me because he was fighting. With my son, I always feel a little tinge of comfort along with my anguish for his pain because fighting means he is still my little warrior. More than a few times my son would lay silently in the hospital and let the staff do their work. Those are the times we were worried. I appreciate the fight in our children and that they have the energy to be angry (sometimes afraid). Blessings and continued prayers for Noah's progress and for God's will in his and your lives. Keep fighting little warrior! -MindiAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6117679253814163944.post-60649992710396992822011-11-18T00:18:31.144-08:002011-11-18T00:18:31.144-08:00Hello my love!
